We have observed that some users have similar laggy issues after a Win10 update.
Did SAO Utils play the SFX normally before? Have you try to reinstall/update your sound card driver?

Thank you for replying, I will explain & share what I did.
First, I checked the device manager in “Sound, video, and game controllers” tab then I deleted that driver.
Then I went to control panel -> program & features -> uninstall program.. here I saw 2 Conexant apps installed, then I deleted those 2 apps in the control panel and restart
Of course, I have no audio now, then I open Command Prompt (as admin) and type “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” (without quote) when it’s finished then type “sfc /scannow” (without quote) and when it’s finished -> restart computer -> problem solved
now I’m using “High Definition Audio Device” BUT, if I try to check for updates on windows update, it will automatically download Conexant audio, I will try to prevent it from installing. Thanks

还是我，我今天发现了一个我也不知道是BUG还是啥的问题，就是我打开任务管理器，然后切换到详细信息页面，然后打开sao快捷菜单（就是左键+右键那个）会直接卡死掉，提示无响应。（我本来是想关掉垃圾搜狗广告应用的…）
天气数据不可用已经很久了，今天下载exp 0.5.2版本也还是不可用。作者大大有计划修复吗？orz

天气插件一直没有办法显示出数据，我用的是2019.05.03 – Exp 1 Update 2 (0.5.2)版本
哇 那个桌面的项目挂件能不能自己diy改变形状，方形变圆形，正六边形等等选择，那样桌面会更加容易美化吧。

*edit : I deleted Conexant driver in device manager.
